If Romney wins tomorrow, brace yourself for charges of voter suppression

Remember how the Obama justice department threatened Gallup over their opinion poll results?

The story was reported by The Daily Caller on September 6. David Axelrod complained about poll results unfavorable to Obama, and then Gallup was threatened with a lawsuit. The clear message to Gallup and other polling organizations: Don’t give us bad numbers.

I thought about this, and I think I know why the published poll results are so important to the Obama administration. You see, if they lose, they want to have grounds to challenge the results. If the polls show Obama leading, but the vote goes in Romney’s favor, they are going to charge that Republicans are guilty of voter suppression. I’m confident this is the angle they want to pursue. They may even get some left-wing judges to go along with this. And even if they don’t prevail legally, it will be a point on which the Left can gin up hatred and division.

I see it coming. Don’t be surprised – if Romney wins.

It could get ugly, especially if it’s close.
