Finally figuring out black racism

Thanks to the George Zimmerman trial, some people seem to be finally figuring this out, that the new American racism is blacks who hate whites.

I wrote about this a little over a year ago, that black people hating white people is racism that is socially acceptable.

But, in the aftermath of the George Zimmerman trial, I have heard two prominent African-Americans talk about racism coming from the brothers. Charles Barkley, in an interview by Maria Bartiromo on CNBC, said, “A lot of black people are racist too.”

Then I read conservative African American Thomas Sowell who mused, “I am so old that I can remember when most of the people promoting race hate were white.”

What was fascinating about the Thomas Sowell piece was that he quoted a recent Rasmussen poll that indicated that by far the prevailing view in America is that most racism comes from blacks. An astonishing 38% of whites surveyed felt that most blacks were racist, and only 10% consider most whites racist. Now I would not say that most blacks are racist. The racism that exists is a minority. But I am sure that most of the racism in America comes from blacks. That is because that type of racism is not only socially acceptable, but is actively promoted by the establishment media and so-called civil rights leaders.

And even more astonishing to me was that more blacks in the poll felt that fellow blacks were racist. They outnumbered the blacks who felt that whites were racist by a margin of 31% to 24%.

So very interesting. Another disconnect between the media and the folks out across the country.
